Each voucher code is valid for a single transaction only and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated. The voucher provides a 5% discount on the total purchase amount of eligible KuCharge products.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The voucher must be used before the expiry date specified at the time of claim (currently July 31, 2026).
To claim a voucher, you must provide a valid name, email address, and phone number. One voucher is permitted per person/email address. Multiple claims using different email addresses by the same individual may result in voucher cancellation.
The KuCharge e-commerce platform is currently in pre-launch phase. By claiming a voucher, you agree to receive an email notification when the platform becomes available for purchases. There is no obligation to purchase.
Voucher holders will be notified via email when purchasing becomes available. The voucher code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount.
We collect your name, email address, and phone number for the purpose of voucher distribution and platform launch notification. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The additional 10% discount for tagging @kucharge on Instagram is subject to verification by KuCharge staff. The bonus discount is applied on top of the voucher discount at the time of purchase, subject to a maximum total discount as specified during checkout.
KuCharge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the voucher program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, existing valid vouchers will be honoured for their full validity period.
KuCharge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a voucher. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the discount provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Malaysia.
