1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the KuCharge website and services operated by STRATETICS EXPERTS SDN. BHD., a company registered in Malaysia. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Orders and Pricing

Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable Sales and Service Tax (SST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Payment

We accept credit/debit card and FPX online banking payments through Stripe. Full payment is required before order processing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds
