We want you to be satisfied with your KuCharge purchase. This Refund Policy sets out the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds and complies with Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 calendar days from delivery if it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Installed, used, damaged, or customised products cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards and vouchers are also non-returnable.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

Please report defective or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange inspection, repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Dispute Resolution

Unsatisfied customers may escalate matters to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM) under Malaysian law.
