1. Delivery Coverage

KuCharge delivers throughout Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days for Peninsular Malaysia; 7–14 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia, where available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships.

5. Delivery Acceptance

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and contact us immediately.

6. Installation Scheduling

For orders with professional installation, our team will contact you within 2 business days of delivery to schedule an appointment. Installation is available in selected locations.
